Printing
========

I printed most of these with 3 perimeters and 3 layers on top and bottom
and 35% infill (the idea is to make the parts all really strong).

Note: Lots of changes since I wrote this, too lazy to update :-).

bolts down using the pulley bolts to secure it.

ystop.scad
Print 4 of these to get the back and front holders for the Y
limit switches, and they should also work for the Z limit
   switches.

corner-plate.scad
Print a total of 8 of these to get 8 left corner plates
and 8 right corner plates to put the frame together.

vv-corner-plate.scad
Print a total of 4 of these to get the top and bottom of the 4 corners
used to join the v-slot pieces for the print bed frame.

z2-top.scad
Print 2 of these for holding the print bed rails

z2-bottom.scad
Print 2 of these for the print bed rails (mates with z2-top)

z1.scad
Print 4 of these for opposite end of print bed rails from the z2 pieces

zstop.scad
Print one of these to glue to the Z carriage and hold a locknut and
M3 screw for fine adjustment of the Z-stop level. This also includes the
parts that go on the vertical rail to hold the switches.

z_motor_cap.scad
Print 2 of these (one for each Z motor).

z_motor_horizontal.scad
Print 2 of these to interlock with the z_motor_cap parts.

bottom-x-carriage.scad
Print 1 of these. Goes on the bottom of the X carriage.

top-x-carriage.scad
Print 1 of these. Forms the top of the X carriage and also
prints the wedges and slides for the belt clamp mechanism.

e3d_mount.scad
Print 1 of these. A mount to clamp the E3D hot end to
the X carriage. Also includes places for wire ties and
a guide for the bowden tube to keep it from catching on
   the corners of the carriage.

nameplate.scad
Optionally print one of these and glue the parts together.
Slide into one of the front t-slot rails to display the name.

xy-motor-mount.scad
Print two of these, one for the X motor and one for Y.
The front vertical rails will extend above the Y rail and
these motor mounts will hold the motors upside down with
the gear near the rail to drive the belts.

left_stacked_pulley_bracket.scad
Bracket to hold the stacked pulleys on the left back corner.
   Print 1.

right_stacked_pulley_bracket.scad
Bracket to hold the stacked pulleys on the right back corner.
   Print 1.

extruder_body_one.scad
First half of the extruder body. Print 1 per extruder.

extruder_body_two.scad
Second half of the extruder body. Print 1 per extruder.

screw_spacer.scad
Print 4 of these per extruder. Spacers for using 30mm M3 bolts to attach
   extruder to nema17 motor.

top_bearing_arm.scad
Top half of the lever arm holding the skate bearing for extruder. Print 1
   per extruder.

bottom_bearing_arm.scad
Bottom half of the lever arm holding the skate bearing for
   extruder. Print 1 per extruder.

tension_nut.scad
A disk holding a nut to use to screw the spring down on the lever
   arm. Print 1 per extruder.

smoothie-near.scad
A mount for smoothieboard in two parts. This is the near half that
   attaches to the rail.

smoothie-far.scad
The far half of the smoothieboard mount that attaches to the near half
with a couple of small M3 screws, then is welded with acetone all around
the seam to make it even more secure and stiff enough to hold the board
   reliably..

standoff.scad
Various thickness standoffs for mounting smoothieboard on the mount.
Since the ends of the mount curled up a bit, I can try different
thicknesses to see which holds the board flat.

power_cover.scad
Cover for the business end of the 12V power supply I'm using.

power_brackets.scad
Print 3 of these to hold the cover on and reach the M4 screw holes
in the side of the power supply. After attaching the screws, clamp
them in place and weld them to the cover with acetone for more
   permanence.

bedbracket.scad

the printbed. These channels will have M5 nuts secured to them for the bed
level adjusting screws to fit through.
